BODYBARRE®

BODYBARRE® is a form of physical exercise, usually conducted in group classes in gyms or specialty studios. It is distinguished from other group fitness activities by its use of the ballet barre and its incorporation of movements derived from ballet.

Boot Camp

Zumba®  is  an  interval  workout.  The  classes  move  between  high  and  low  intensity  dance  moves  designed  to  get  your  heart  rate  up  and  boost  cardio  endurance.

Zumba® Toning

Zumba® Toning incorporates weighted toning sticks or dumbbells, which come in 1-pound and 2.5-pound sizes, to the Zumba® workout that participants use almost like maracas. The toning sticks function like dumbbells to act as resistance weights.
